Welcome to SweepClear. This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you and SweepClear ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, downloading, or using the SweepClear mobile application (the "App"), you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the App.
SweepClear provides a comprehensive suite of storage management tools, including but not limited to:
· Intelligent Media Organization: Identification of duplicate photos, similar videos, and large files.
· System Cleanup Guides: Educational content on manual system optimization (e.g., cache clearing).
· Local Processing: Our App emphasizes privacy by performing core analysis locally on your device.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes. You agree NOT to:
· Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
· Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
· Automate the use of the App through scripts or bots.
Critical Confirmation: SweepClear acts as a management tool. The final decision to delete any data (photos, videos, contacts, or calendar events) rests solely with you.
· No Data Recovery: Once you confirm deletion within the App (and subsequently empty your "Recently Deleted" folder in iOS), we cannot recover that data.
· Liability: SweepClear shall not be liable for the loss of any data resulting from user-confirmed deletion actions.
The App’s visual identity, user interface design, proprietary algorithms, and brand name SweepClear are the exclusive intellectual property of our team. Unauthorized reproduction or "reskinning" of our UI/UX is strictly prohibited.
· Billing: All financial transactions are processed securely by Apple Inc. via your iTunes account.
· Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
· Management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in your App Store Account Settings.
Your trust is vital. Our App is designed to minimize data collection. Please refer to our Privacy Policy (https://achecleaner.com/privacy.html) for detailed information on how we protect your information and our commitment to local-only processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SweepClear is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the App will be error-free. In no event shall SweepClear be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
